Acceptance
By using German B1 Exam Trainer ("the service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use this service. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Service description
The service provides exam preparation for Goethe B1 and TELC B1 exams across four areas: Lesen (reading), Hören (listening), Schreiben (writing), and Sprechen (speaking). A free tier allows limited use without an account; a paid Pro subscription (€49.99/month incl. VAT or €449/year incl. VAT) gives full access. The service is operated by Zeronext.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information. You may not share your account or use it in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for any illegal purpose or to abuse, disrupt, or overload our systems. You may not scrape, automate access, or reverse-engineer the service except where we explicitly allow it. Use of the AI-powered features must be for your own learning; do not misuse them in a way that could harm others or the service.
Payments
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. The price (€49.99/month incl. VAT or €449/year incl. VAT) is as shown on the pricing page. Payment is subject to Stripe's terms. By subscribing, you agree that we begin providing the digital service immediately. To the extent permitted by law, you expressly consent to waive your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Unless required by law, we do not offer refunds for partial periods or after cancellation; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal (linked from your profile) or via the dedicated Cancel subscription flow on your profile, where we ask for optional feedback and may offer a one-time discount to stay. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period; no further charges will be made.
Intellectual property
The service, its content, and the platform are owned by Zeronext or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your personal exam preparation in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content or technology without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that using the service will result in passing any exam. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; cancelling your subscription ends future charges as described in Cancellation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance unless we notify you otherwise (e.g. for material changes).

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
Online dispute resolution
If you are an EU consumer, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve disputes: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in ODR but may do so voluntarily.
