How does free vs Pro work?
Free: Guests get 4 exercises to try. Sign up to unlock all Lesen & Hören plus 7 AI evaluations for Schreiben & Sprechen. No card required.<br/>Pro: One plan — unlimited exercises, €49.99/month incl. Cancel: Go to Profile, then "Cancel subscription". You'll be asked one short question, then taken to complete cancellation in our payment provider.<br/>Change card or view invoices: In Profile, use "Open billing portal" to update your payment method or download invoices.<br/>Progress: Your progress is saved. You can do it yourself in the app. On your Dashboard, use "Reset all" to clear all progress, or use the reset control on each module card (Lesen, Hören, Schreiben, Sprechen) to clear only that pillar. Resets are permanent; you don't need to contact us.How do I delete my account?
Canceling your subscription only downgrades you to free; deleting removes everything. Go to Profile, scroll to the "Danger zone" section, and click "Delete my account". You'll need to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account, progress, and data. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in Profile before deleting.How can I contact you?
